Now with pics comparing Red Filter Fenix L2T V2.0 runtimes You should get 2/3 the runtimes on high and 1/2 for low for the L1T. YMMV depending on type & age of battery. The low is good for walking throwing reasonable light 15-20 feet. It is too bright for reading menus in dark restaurants etc.

For something really low, you would have to go for the Liteflux LF5. The Rexlight 2.1 is also fairly low.
