Is this a viable replacement for a P90 or P91 bulb?

I am running a P91 on primarys and wonder how the light output would compare.

It won't be as bright (since Surefire uses torch lumens, and under rates it's light), but it will run longer.

But they are finally getting close.

Since Surefire uses Torch lumens and not bulb lumens what would the BOG Q5 drop in be if they say it is 230 bulb lumens and secondly I have a G2L which Surefire rates at 80 Torch lumens what would that be in bulb lumens?
