Has anybody succeeded in stuffing a Cree into a KL1 3rd gen? This is the one with the front end that you can unscrew and the NX05 optic up front.
Will an emitter swap with a Q5 Cree work? Or are there other issues?
Also, can one re-use the NX05 or does it totally mess with the beam?
