searching usually i see is problems with echeck from stranger to stranger, but my situation is say i have $400 available balance and i want to put it in my bank account , now i do not have paypal set up so they have my bank account info ,only credit card ...minimizing ID theft as much as possible
looking at their options i see i can withdraw from my balance and request an E-check to be mailed to my house for $1.50 fee "which i then assume i can deposit the Echeck to my bank in person" therefore the only worries is i have are WHAT CAN GO WRONG.. is it that simple or is my interpretation of the echeck wrong

The Echeck arrives to you as a regular paper check, which you can then cash or deposit like you might any other check.

Just treat it like any other paper check; your bank should not give you any guff about it.
