I would love to see some beamshots of the snow compared to a cs or ds AAA-P

I only have the Snow. I understand the beam has lots more artifacts than the DS.
My Snow has lots of artifacts, but I really like the light.
Would also love to see beamshots!

The snow emitter end looks almost exactly like the nichia except it's a tiny bit further forward in the reflector and a tiny bit larger in diameter. It'd be hard to notice the difference unless looking specifically for it.
Yeah the Snow has more artifacts than the CS but the color is so much nicer. I don't have a DS yet.

Hi, i got my DS and the Snow last weekend.
DS on the left, Snow on the right. Wall is not white, a very light yellow.

The DS has more output and more sidespill. But i like the Snow more, because i often use it for reading.

Maybe it's just the pics, but it looks to me like the DS has a more desirable beam pattern and tint. The red and the orange in the doll seem to pop better with the DS. Just my $0.02...

I sent my snow back in exchange for a DS. I did not like the beam pattern of the snow, although the snow color is wonderful.
