Dragon Bowl


one bowl of hot steamed rice
- cover with raw shredded carrots and beets
- top with small diced raw garlic, green onions, bean sprouts and ginger
- add a small cup of steamed veggies adn pan fried tofu
- cover with a healthy handful of toasted sesame seeds
- drizzle with thai sauce and balsamic vinegar

Sounds good, it's all food that I like...sometimes a simple food combination that hasn't been tried just jumps out at you - in good way! I'll be trying this! Thanks...

I dont have a camera, but if you picture in your mind a bowl of rice, topped with raw shredded carrots and beets, topped with lentil sprouts, steamed veggies and sesame seeds, garlic and ginger, thats pretty much it.

on occasion i top it with lots of thin sliced seared beef or chicken...
