Nope not Crees, they are in fact SSC. The L1, E1L and E2L are crees behind a tir optic.

Now I get it...I thought that 6Pl and G2L were crees too and it seemed odd to me when I heard that the satnd alone module were to be SSC...

The L1 is already a Cree but I've heard the U2 would not be upgrades yet and the L5 is in in indefinite hold until Surefire decides to upgrade. I'm not sure about the L4 or L2 but Milkyspit is always here.
