Does anyone know if the SF E1L CREE can take an AW 3.7v? I put one in a fresh one and the light flashes a slow strobe, so I took it out. Thanks for the help.

I thought it could...... but sounds like yours doesn't like it.
How "fresh" was it, like 4.2V off the charger or settled down after 20 min to true 3.7?
