led drop in for surefire e1?

I am trying to do my Christmas shopping early. Part of me understands that Fenix is the best bang for the buck. Another part of me loves the progamibility of liteflux. But made in US would be nice, and so would a "traditional" brand...

So here is the question, are their any led upgrades/drop in's for the surefire e1e - or is there an led version out there? I am also considering just giving 6P's - which there is a sticky on their drop ins.

Oh, neat factor is a bonus (multi mode). Would prefer edc over tactical - but to be honest, most will be given to people who would probably enjoy either.

Ther is an LED version called the E1L. There is a Drop-in in for the E1E development, or send it to Milkyspit to be modded.

For EDC and Made in the USA, the Novatac 120P is very good(but the Fenix would be brighter for half the price).

If you are giving this light to people. For most non flashaholics, the Fenix Cree/Rebel lights would probably be more the enough, the 120P would be too complex.
