Never used it. It's a beauty in absolutely MINT condition just as I received it from Fivemega. You'll need to supply your own batteries. I had Eneloops in it. Definitely brighter than my Mag 85.

The light comes with 1 golden ceramic socket and 1 ea. 1164 bulb. I don't think I ever got the other 7. I have lots of other WA lamps but no 1164's in the box and I know I haven't used any. To summarize:

1 ea. FM 1500L nickel light with nickel crown, borofloat lens and aluminum reflector
1 ea. 1164 WA lamp
1 ea. Golden ceramic socket
1 ea. battery carrier
1 ea. charging adapter pin

I am sorry my post was not complete and muddied the waters. I should have known better. According to my post, this is the order of refusal I believe should take place:
