Help me make a filter for my light.....

I want to make a filter for my light....

Basically to change it from low to high color temp...

I don't want a blue beam... just a high coler temp... kinda like HID's (6k-8k maybe idk)

Don't know about actually making one but what you can do is look into the color filters used by theater/video industry for their lighting system. There's many color temperature filters for what you're trying to do.

I got a pistol grip spotlight, that is really easy to take appart (threaded lens cap) 35watts so it'd have to put up with a lil' heat...

I believe these kind of filters drop the light entering the lens. One has to consider this too.
