Been Reading allot ever since i joined up just cant get enough of it, reading @ work, reading @ home, think I'm addicted :p

anyway got a mag 85 mod in the process (waiting on parts)

now time to start planning for my next one, thinking of a 4*Seoul in a 3d Mag

seen this thread
and fell in love https://www.candlepowerforums.com/threads/154668

anyway cost seems ok
just need some general help, the one created by Nereus is really nice the only thing i cant do is get the mag tri/quad board so was goning to get a 3d to 9aa that will give me 10.8V vs 2d to 8aa @ 9.6
Hoping this wont be an issue due to shark having an input voltage range: 2.7V - 20V and a Maximum input current: 4A

The switch is an issue for me, i don't know if i should just run the torch on high all the time (I'm Ok with the runtime for this)

Oh and the heat sink I'm also lost on ?? what should i go for (no clue on this)

Thanks Guys

You could run it on high all the time or get a remora at the Shop and solder to shark that would provide three levels of light. You could also look into getting a max flex with five levels of brightness, however, you must have a momentary switch to operate it. Download, a CPF member, has heatsinks for m@gs. Good Luck
