My Perfect CHEX MIX

2 1/2 Cups Corn Chex
2 1/2 Cups Rice Chex
2 1/2 Cups Wheat Chex
2 Cups Mixed Nuts
2 Cups Pretzel Sticks (Slightly crushed to 1")
6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 Teaspoons Seasoned Salt
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire's Sauce

Melt the 6 tablespoons of butter in a big bowl in the microwave for 1~2 mins. Mix the Seasoned Salt & Worcestershire's Sauce into the melted butter until throughly mixed.

While butter is melting, measure & pre-mix the dry parts in another bowl, I like to premix them to coat them evenly when I dump them in the bigger bowl.

Once Butter & seasoning is mixed & the dry parts are pre-mixed, dump the dry parts in the big bowl and coat evenly, about 30 sec of mixing.

Put bowl with everything in the Microwave for 2 mins, mix the stuff again for about 30 secs...repeat 2 more times, for a total of 6 mins & 3 mixes.
