ive been having this problem with a mod i did...

quick specs: Cree P4 running at 700ma on 2 "c" batteries
Sometime when i turn it on, or use the momentary switch, it doesnt turn on right away, it sort of, has to warmd up or something, its a split second delay time, but VERY noticable...i am thinking that the batteries are getting weak? but there is no dimming in the light...
Anyone have ANY idea whats wrong?
