Just noticed the 20% Paypal cash back special, starting today and ending by December 10 or whenever participating merchants say they do (which could be earlier--Newegg for example says theirs ends already on November 28!).
Here is a link for the offer - you can see which merchants participate (move slider at top of page for merchants to scroll by) and what are the terms and conditions (there is a link toward the bottom left of the page):

You should look yourselves at the terms and conditions, but on a quick read, the offer seems valid for US-based paypal accounts in good standing, can apply to multiple purchases, and has a max cash back of $50.
