They probably do, or else it would be really easy for water to enter.

You should be able to replace it. Take apart the head(It splits into two sections, LED and river and the reflector section) and unscrew the reflector, and push out the window. You should be able to get to the O-ring.

Make sure not to touch the window, that would damage the AR coating.

There is an O ring but it is very thin. The head is fairly easy to take apart with the right tools. Normally needle nose pliers to remove the reflector and all my LxD heads have come apart just using my hands.

Yes, but the available glo-ring sizes don't match. IIRC, the size should be 17x1mm or something like that.
