Just got my new WF139 and 4 Rcr's from Fenix store,
to use with P3D and Olight T20.

I have got reading of its voltage and it reads out 5.4volt, i have done it after charging 2 celles :-( Now the batt reads 4.5 volt. I know the safe area is 4.2~ volt

The outlet here is 240 V AC

The other 2 batt which i didn't charge reads 4.2volt

Any ideas??? Please help.....

Do you have an accurate meter? Protected LiIon batteries won't go to 4.5V. Your 2 uncharged cells read 4.2V is a good indicator that you may have an inaccurate meter reading ( because most LiIon cells left the factory only half-charged ).

I will look into it and update. Does new celles need to be regarged before use?

Thanks

How to test cheap multimeter? (The Volt reading.)
You can only do this against a(calibrated one) like all test equipment they should be calibrated annually to get true readings.cheap ones "generally" are not.or you can test the cheap meter on a known (true) voltage.
