Can a Fenix clickie be unscrewed and used as a twistie?

Can I take a Fenix L1T v2 (or any Fenix) and unscrew the tail cap to turn it off and on?

Yep, easily. 1/2 turn or something alike. You don't have to turn it a long way. However cleaning may be necessary more often.
