V70+Z2?

When I use the V70 holster with my Z2 (tail-cap down), with lanyard attached, the metal ring of the lanyard can appear to get stuck. Is this ring strong enough so as to allow me to always just pull it out? Or will it bend or snap?

From my own experience I would say you are going to have trouble breaking the lanyard ring. However the round protusion which sticks out of the lanyard ring and which you attach the lanyard to is designed to fit into one of the two groves at the back of the V70. Although it takes a bit of practice you can quickly holster the tailcap + lanyard whilst ensuring that the protusion fits into one or the other groves. Obviously when removing the light speed is of the essence,I would suggest that the holstering can be taken slower?
