looking 4 Strobe LED Tactical light

I have a Surefire E2D defender and want an LED light of similar size. I'd like the option for 2 levels of output AND a strobe option. Any advice as to what my options are? Cost is not an issue. Thanks in advance.

I just recently got the Olight Special Edition T20. Very bright w/ strobe function as well SOS. Only thing I am not enamored with is the reverse clicky (if I understand the terminology correctly?)
