I just got this lite and trying to understand how this lite works with different voltage batteries(2xrc123a, 18650, etc)This lite is output regulated, which I assume means it will only use a certain voltage to run, 3.7v for instant even when for example 2 123a are present(6v). Can anyone help me to become more "enlighten". I'm using the 18650 now and when I tryed the 2x123a(6v), output seems about the same.

Output regulated means it will stay within a certain output range for most of the battery's life.
