Well, I was going to post some pics of my home made Cree lamps, but for some reason the rules say I can't. Any ideas why?

makea photobucket.com account upload the pics and they have an IMG code you can paste into your post, should work.

Hey rooster, 
long time no see .....
firstly
Hot linking to images posted on other websites is considered bad practice and
commonly referred to as bandwidth theft,(just as the rules explain)
BUT, you can save/upload any image onto proper image hosting websites eg imageshack.com photobucket.com, etc
and then, because you automatically have permission to, post a link to that image here on CPF ...
