Sold/Expired E head to C body adaptor?

I was just wondering if this was ever done, or tried by anyone here. I was wanting a bare Al SF E series head to C series body adaptor. I know that Lighthound has been sold out of the reverse for some time, but I figured somebody had turned one out at some point.

Never heard of one before.

I'm not sure it can be done without adding length to the cell cavity since the parts aren't able to nest inside each other. It is akin to plumbing pipe where in one case you can use a simple, short, reducing bushing, and the opposite case where you need a necked adapter which adds much more length.

I know the SF E head to 18650 body.

I think those are E-Body to C-Head adapters. "Sgt LED" is looking for a C-series body to E-Seris head adapter, the reverse.

Frankly, I didn't know one existed. I thought Lighthound and at one time Dspeck only offered E2C adapters and not "C2E" adapters.
