Weird SureFire Registration Problem

I purchased a SureFire L1 Cree last month.

It arrived brand new, unopen. It came with a registration card with registration code. I was busy and didn't got to the registration part. I went on two days ago, tried to register, SureFire's web site said that I already register last month.

I email SureFire ([email protected]) with this problem indicating my Registration code and my L1's serial number. It has been 2 days now and no email from SureFire.

Does anyone else have problem registering their SureFire or am I the only person?

Yes, I had a similar problem, and also emailed customer service. A few weeks ago, with no response.

Help with product registration doesn't seem to be a strength, but the flashlight is great!

Surefire are pretty bad to downright awful at responding to email.

By far the best way to contact them for immediate queries and warranty issues is by phone.

They aren't that awful with email response normally, but at this time of year they get back logged with loads of emails. Give them a little while to respond, or if you really want to fix the problem you can call them.
