Most of the merchandise I buy is from placing an order over the internet these days. When a company or vender says they show an item in stock and you place an order for it and other merchandise then you recieve your order only to find out they didn't have one of the items in stock and it didn't ship. Who pays for the extra shipping and handling? I at least should get an email of notifiation and the option to cancel. That didn't happen in a recent transaction with Future Electronics. The items that didn't ship were some lense holders that only cost a total of $4. The handling charge and shipping came to $14. I didn't find this out until it hit my bank account statement. Surprise.

Well this sort of stuff do happen unfortunately. It is always wise to purchase from well establised vendors. Sometimes all we wanted were to save a few bucks but ended spending alot more......
