Hi,

I have the Led Lenser V² Key Finder: http://www.zweibrueder.com/english/...mps/ledlenservseries/ledlenservkeyfinder.html

Driven by 4 x AG 13 (LR44) 1.5V

Does anyone know what kind of LED it´s fitted with? I replaced the 4xAG 13 batteries with 2xCR11108, unfortunate the light output stayed the same :( I will probably just gain some more burning hours, or?

My first idea was to replace 4xAG13 with one GP10A 9V to crack up the output, but they didn´t have them in stock. That battery would probably killed it to, or what do you guys think?

Is there another way crack up the light output?

:welcome:

Probably has some kind of a 5mm LED. Nichia?

9V would probably kill the LED(Or at least very severely over drive it, The LED is already being overdriven).

Those small batteries have a very high internal resistance so when you try to draw a lot of power from them, they will drop in voltage.

The normal voltage for a white LED is 3-4v depending on current, brand, code, and model.

Brighter? How about a new light like the Fenix L0D-CE(review, brighter Q4 holiday special)? If you have then money, the Draco would be the brightest.
