Request for thoughts and prayers for a friend- brain tumor

A friend and former co-worker, David, has been fighting the good fight against a brain tumor. This afternoon he underwent surgery as the tumor has become aggressive and grown. He's documented his journey over the past few years, fighting for knowledge and sharing information and awareness about brain tumors.

He's so young and such a great person. I've been privileged to know him and work with him. His bravery and positive attitude are amazing. He's among the best people I've ever met.

I know he'd appreciate your prayers and thoughts.

I'm not a praying man, but I'll send some positive thoughts his way.

I know how you feel, I recently lost an aunt to cancer, and my mother in law and two of my wifes aunts are also battling this horrible disease...

There are some amazing doctors and medical folks out there, but prayers to the master surgeon upstairs can always help. Even if the answers come in ways we may not, at first, expect. Count me in for an extra word to the Big Guy.

I lost my 5 year old niece to a brain stem tumor. 3 weeks and 2 days from any symptom to death. Cancer sucks.

Prayers for David. With friends who care, one prayer has already been answered.

Also sending positive thoughts for David. And I'm hoping that someday soon they'll be able to offer clinical trials of this anti-cancer discovery.
