Best source for LED\'s?

What is the best source for ordering 3mm and 5mm LED's for mods? I'm not "adept" enough to work with luxeons yet, so I'm gonna tinker around with the "little guys" before I jump into the "big guys"...Thanx in advance for replies!

A certain source tells me that the AB workshop is offering a bunch of excess high-grade LEDs in Superwhite, red, blue, green, UV, Nichia S-rank (9200 mcd!), the little reflectors for common 5mm LEDs, etc. There's a thread over in buy/sell/trade.
