Could not find much info about the OEM 3704 Xenon lamps :duh2: . Any available drop-in upgrades for this light? Suggestions?

It's a 6v 1.2 amp bulb. That is pretty good and I don't think you'll have any luck finding a drop in that will do much better. If you did I'm sure it would screw with the focus and beam. The only real good possibility is #3754 which is used in the rechargeable Big Ed. That bulb (the main one) is 4.8v 1.6 amp and would be at least half again as bright. Of course the batteries may not be up to the load and the high voltage may flash the bulb but it's prob the best bet for a drop in.
