1. Aside from price, what are the differences between the two?
2. If 100 lux, a 60 ohm resistor will result in how many average lux?
3. If 100 lux, a 30 ohm resistor will result in how many average lux?
4. If 100 lux, a 15 ohm resistor will result in how many average lux?
5. Does the McC2S work with twist caps (double twisting between hi/lo)?

I can answer #5. On the Aleph tailcap that came standard with the McClicky 2 Stage, tightening it down somewhat activates the low power, then cranking it all the way puts it into high power mode.

I love them. It's great stuff.

Duh. The other thing about the resistors is you match resistance to battery combos.

1x123 = 15 ohm unit
2x123 or 3x123 = 30 or 60 ohm unit.

I thought I was the only one who had trouble figuring out the difference between assembled and kit. I just bit the bullet and spent the extra five bucks.
Also, I believe the McC2S is designed only for the LOTC such as you would find on a 6P or similar.
