It has been out for a while(quite a few months ago, don't remember when it came out). The P3D-CE Q5 is the brightest one out right now. About $77 Au dollar before the discount. The one on your linked site is a pretty good price.

Fenix Store would probably be cheaper, they include shipping in their price and have a 8% off coupon for CPFers, "CPF8".

the P3D is about the size of Your Lenser
(but needs to get Li-Ion rech. batts + charger. Get PROTECTED cells!!)

the L2D is a smaller diameter and a bit longer
(and uses AA Ni-Mhs You might already have)
(ALWAYS rechargeables, alkalines cant stand the current needed)

imho the wider diameter of the P3D is better to grip

... both kick any of the two lights
and look not important b4 one hits the button ;)

the only thing the lenser is better, is that it features knurling

I am personally wondering about the reason to get the T1 instead of the P3D Premium. 225 lumens vs 215 lumens has to be a unnoticable difference. The T1 is larger and thicker and has only two alternative brightness levels. I think a purchase of a T1 isn't justified except you want a macho light or if you need a flashlight which can be run over by a train and still working. Otherwise I would choose the P3D Premium.

Regards, Patric
