Put it in a flashlight! :grin2:

You could try a quad-bored 4D Mag with 20 or so AA NiMHs. Of course, you'd also need a Kiu socket, aluminum reflector, and glass window. You'd also need to fab a batt pack and get a charger for it.

150 watts @ 24 volts dude... should be fun if you can find a power source to drive it.

Of course, this is a $1.85 lamp, which means you are into at least $300 to build a new light around it. ;-)

mmm, the odd thing is I have no idea what this goes with, I mean gee...theres not even a projector at home:rolleyes:
the contact gaps are 1/4" apart...I don't think any bi-pin holder we know will work ;)

Sure there is; it's a G6.35 base - a Kiu socket will work fine. I have a Philips 23177, which is also a G6.35, in a Kiu socket for my HMM. Works great.

24Vs.... 8xcr123A....mag body?
:candle:... ............ :ohgeez:
Nope, CR123As wouldn't work, as they'd be trying to handle about 6A. CR123As are much more comfortable with about half that value. You could possibly try 20 AA NiMHs in a quad-bored 4D, or 6D Li-Ion in a 6D.
