DX MXDL ZD-5W LED Flashlight

I recently picked up a MXDL ZD-5W 2AA light from DX to play around with. It has a Lumiled emitter, isn't very bright nor does it have much throw and the light also has an obvious green tint to it.

It appears that this light will be easy to mod, which is why I picked it. Does anyone have any recommendations for a driver and led combination for this light using 2AA NiMH batteries?

Also, it has a reverse clicky, which I'd like to replace it with a forward switch. Anyone have a source? DX and KAI have a number of switches, but none are listed as forward clicky.

The only forward clickies on DX that I know of are on these two lights, RC-G2 and RC-N3.

I think you can use the driver that is already in the light and swap the LED out for a Seoul.

It reminds me of the earlier Electrolumens XM3 Lights, green and not bright.
