Ledwave do they still exist ?

Does anybody know if this company still exists, and I believe Ledwave is a Spanish company but not if today they still manufacture their torches there or in China/Taiwan.

Their torches seem to be very nice but I've noticed their Lumens are quite low, 30 Lumens on average.

Many of them look like rebranded Nuwai flashlights(Which is a Chinese company) and IMO not worth the price. The low output is due to the Luxeon LED used.

Ledwave do they still exist ?
