Trit Installation

I bought a SS bezel with Tritium slots from Fenix, trit vials from Merkava and UV Curing Adhesive from ThorLabs. Is there a thread or some site that has "best practice" to install the vials?

In looking at installing these trits I would do the following:

1. Install scotch tape on the inside of the bezel.
2. Set trits in slots.
3. Pour UV curing Adhesive in slots till full.

Any comments? :anyone:

I think that's how PEU advise installing it as well, but using expoxy, over fill it, wait overnight to cure, then trim excessive with knife.

Does the 6mm trit from merkava fit in bezel from FS?

No, the slots will have to be opened up by about .45 mm .

The adhesive I have is activated by UV light. I have to get access to a UV light source. I believe it is what dentists use to set adhesives for your teeth.
