Video Capture with Sound?

I keep missing training webinars because it's during my working hours. I'm looking for a program that can capture the video and audio of a webinar so I can review it later/at my leisure on my PC (not Mac). Any suggestions? Thanks.

You could try HyperCam. I couldn't get it to record sound, so I used Total Recorder (although Windows' built-in Sound Recorder would probably do the job as well) and combined the two with VirtualDub.
