Ok, they are due to employees by the end of january, right? At one of my jobs the boss told me that his accountant told him, he did not have to have it to me by the end of february, and that he did not do his 4th quarter payroll tax yet. I dont know about this.

What do you think

Employees must be furnished W-2's (delivered, or properly addressed and mailed) by January 31. Employers file copies of the W-2 with the Social Security Administration generally by February 28th (29th this year), later if by electronic filing. Individual state requirements vary.

The site above works for me. Do you have acrobat reader installed on your PC?

Per the form above..

The employee must have the form by 1/31/2008. The employer must submit the information to the IRS by 2/29/2008 unless circumstances prohibit this, then the end of March is drop dead. page 3 top left side..
