Ive been eye-ing that one.

FWIW, I have two chinese lights that use that clear 3AAA cell holder and 1 of them developed an intermittent contact in the holder. I tried to re-flow solder and repair it but the plastic melted. heres a pic of the good one that works...

So, despite local AAA availability I would question just how reliable and emergency-ready it really is, given my history with that holder. I have a dorcy 3AAA with a black cell holder and its a MUCH better design.
