What LED is in the Arc AA?

I'm hopefully going to have a Arc AA within the next month (time is unknown).
Does anyone know what LED is in the Arc AA?

All I know is it's a Nichia and it's the same quality as the ones that were used in the premium Arc AAA's sold at that time.

Nichia NSPW500BS with some warmer than usual color bin, if I remember right.
