Has Surefire always used CR123's?

Surefire has been around a while, have they always used CR123's as their battery of choice? Or was there a time where they used Regular AA/ C/ D Cells? :thinking:

Actually, they have always used a lithium battery for their lights, but in the case of their Titan it requires a CR2 battery.
