My sister's asking for an LED flashlight and wants something rechargeable. I don't think she's gonna like one where you take the batts and put them in a charger. I know there are flashlights where you can just plug the charger in:

Is that a decent one and a good deal? A bunch of eBay sellers are pushing it. It's a little more than I wanted to spend here though. Any ~$20 options for a light with an on-board charger NOT powered by dinky little 5mm T1-3/4 LEDs?
