I haven't been lurking much lately, so if this is old news, please forgive me. I didn't see any mention of it. This magazine appears to be for DIY enthusiast, and I thought it might be worth bringing to everyone's attention.

I read this in my magazine a little while ago. Using only 5mm's, but they got some pretty cool ciruits in there. The issue before that had something interesting though, an LED (K2) based TRUE strobe. Not your regular flashlight strobe which can't really freeze high speed objects, but a strobe with REALLY short quick pulses.
