1. Where can i find one for cheap at a trusted dealer.
2. What kind of run time could i expect with the p60L lamp and the BUG 230lumen lamp?
3. How long does it take for a complete charge?
4. Can i expect a better output on my BOG lamp with the new setup than my 123s?
5. Anybody have pictures of a 6p with the rechargable setup? THANKS

I got my new 6P on Ebay for $41. Swapped the xenon module for a $10 1-mode Q5 P60 module (MTE) and inserted a $5 UltraFire protected 17670 Li-ion cell. Light + "255 lumen" MTE Q5 module ` + Li-ion cell = $56 total for SureFire 1-mode Q5 rechargeable.

Can you provide a link for your $10 xenon module 1-mode Q5 P60 (MTE)? Is it true that you need only this to have 255 lumen?

If you need a rechargeable kit, get the surefire 6R conversion kit, but if you want more power, go with the Li-ion and LED

Here is the MTE web site: http://www.mteccd.com/

I was skeptical about the module, but it seems reasonably well made, the beam pattern and tint are nice, and it is probably about 150 lumens (subjective). Most manufacturers overrate their output and report the potential for the emitter, not the actual, so this is a pretty decent one-mode module for under ten bucks. BTW, it is rated 3.7-9V, so you can use two RCR123A/16340 cells in your 6P. Again, by my subjective report only, the module is brighter on 2X16340 (8.4V) than it is on 1X17670 (4.2V).
