Hi all.
I while ago i purchased a 3 cree module from dx but never used it. http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.9358
I ended up deciding to buy a wf-500 xenon to fit this.

and convert it into

Unfortunately the 3 cree module rattles inside the light.
It seems it's shorter and doesn't make proper contact with the battery, but if i push the lens down to move the module deeper for about 1mm it touches the body and works fine.
Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?
