Mod Question: Exolion

I have been carrying an Exolion since I first received it. What a great light, perfect for my keychain.

I would like to update the LED to a Seoul P4 or P5. Has anyone done this? Will it work with the FluPic or will I need to update this as well?

Sorry, I'm not a modd'r. I guess I'm looking for someone that has done this and is willing to do mine. Any suggestions?

I haven't heard of a P5 emitter. The bins go T to U to V with U being the best one out right now.

The LED should just swap out. You might need to trim the reflector and raise the Seoul P4 a bit to get the LED to focus right.

I'd wait for more input before modding.

Yep, love the Exolion.
I modded it with a U-bin Seoul emitter, and replaced the reflector with a McR-s so it focuses just right. It is an easy mod if you have ever made light engines. You need a special tool to undo the threads on the boards (oring pliers). Good luck.
