Hey guys, Can I use the 750mAh RCR123A 3.0V batteries in my FenixP3D? I ask because I already 6 of these with a recharger.. I was hoping that I could use them. Since the Fenix is a Led will it be OK or might i fry it?

Thanks,
Chuck

As long as the batteries are protected and 3.0v, you can use them without risk to flashlight or batteries. However, you will not get a low battery warning -- the Fenix will simply cut out when it runs low on power.

Cool Thanks. I just tried them in it and it seemed fine although not as bright as the normal CR123's.

Also it seems to flicker a bit?

Any idea what the run time would be? Would it be about the same as the regular Cr123 batteries?

OK I just threw in another set of RCR 123's and they seem brighter and are not flickering.. Maybe my others were getting low?
