what would be the best cheapy AA light for around $10

just something from dealextreme that i can throw in the glovebox. i dont want anything great. is sku 4949 any good?

Another vote for the RC-G2, it has great throw, but the light is slightly green which gets worse as the battery dies.
I don't think you can beat it for value for money.

3AA Maglite is not nearly my favorite light ... but it would be a steal at $10ea. I doubt you could find brand new ones for less than $15.

Another vote for the RC-G2. This is my EDC at the moment - I like it better than Kai's buckle SSC light.

I've bought 6 of the RC-G2's in the past few months for friends as gifts, and for co-workers for work. Very nice light for working on equipment. I was working on a laser printer and a scissor lift with one and was impressed. It would be great for keeping in the car.
