Malkoff m60, What host?

I finally scored a malkoff m60 last night :twothumbs.
My question is what host are people using if you have 18650 batteries?
I'd like to be able to use it in a 2x18650 configuration because i have
2 18650 batteries but a 1x18650 set-up would be fine also.
Any suggestions?

Wouldn't run it on one 18650 though:

The input voltage is 3.8 - 9 volts. Below 3.8 volts it will drop out of regulation and run direct drive.

I ran it with 1 17670 and 1 18650. Its still very bright. Even though it will be in direct drive, it last very long because the 17670 and 18650 have better capacity. The host I used for the drop-in is the Ultrafire C1 Alpha $20 from Dealextreme.com. All aluminum and it takes 2 CR123A, 2 RCR123A, 17670, and 18650. And it have a very nice feel to it. Don't feel cheap at all. That's alot of config for one light. Hope that helps.

OH!! You need a ring in order for it to work. DON'T BUY THE ONE GENE SELL. Gene was nice enough to send me one for free, but it don't work with the C1 Alpha. Just make it out of paperclip or some kind of thick metal that you can bent into a circle that fits it nicely.

thanx for the replies, after hours of searching and trying to figure out how to use the 18650 batteries ive decided to give up on this project and
instead just ordered a new Dereelight dbs v2. the deree is cheaper than lego'ing a leaf body system for the malkoff(i wanted to use a surefire head). So look for a listing in the CPF for a Malkoff M60 module real soon.
I will be asking a fair price, not looking to make anything on it.
I probably should of just ordered the Dereelight in the first place
but i think i got a touch of the what ifs for the the Malkoff.
I still have one of Genes original 3-d cell mag drop-ins to play with!!!
