I hate to part with, but I need money for car repairs.

1- Ti-Mule standard as received from Don last September. Still in the bubble wrap, no one has touched other than Don. *SOLD*

2 & 3- Ti-Mule Standards. Both purchased used on CPF. Both very good used condition. $375 each NOW $350 each **Sold**

4- McLUX III Modamag AlTiN Ti- PD coated. Near perfectly coated and in great condition.

5- Ti-S27 and Ti PD-S CX2 combo $1000.00 Would like to sell as a package both are in great condition. ***Sold***

Since all the lights other than #1 were purchased from Don, it is the only light that I am positive in its standard setting. Lights are sold AS-IS and no returns will be accepted, all lights have been tested except #1.

to quote modamag from his Draco thread.
Why bother with TiN or TiCN coating while titanium is already hard and corrosion resistant?
- Although Ti have great corrosion resistance but when it comes to halides (chlorides and fluorides) it doesn't do so well. I want this to go thru a standard wash/dry cycle w/o any problem.
- Titanium on titanium threads tend to gall (stick) so the coating will make it better.
- Galvanic corrosion due to Ti / Cu junction (negative contact) will be reduced.
- Electrical conductivity significantly increased from 40 m?·cm -> 25 µ?·cm
- TiN got a beautiful gold color while TiCN is greyish for the camouflage military look.
- It all boils down to PERSONAL COLOR PREFERENCE because these coating are well OVER-DESIGNED for flashlight usage

really it looks so cool.

just to make sure I'm clear on this light.... It's a Ti PD with green trit and the modamag AlTin coating ... ? Don did a few with AlTiN also I think...

"Hardness in a nutshell:

AlTiN: 4500 (90 Rc)
TiCn: 3000 (87 Rc)
TiN: 2300 (81 Rc)
Pure titanium has a RC of around 30."
I'm not sure what kind of purity Don uses.

This coating was done by modamag according to the person I purchased it from.
I know that it is very scratch resistant, my Draco has been carried for 4-5 months and looks almost new, while my Ti CR2 was scratched within minutes in my pocket with keys.
