Woah. That's pretty ambitious.

They've also already got a pretty interesting ski slope, and soon-to-open (maybe already?) underwater hotel.

Or maybe I'm the one confused - confusing the underwater hotel with the underwater restaurant!

Guys, building an underwater hotel really isn't that hard. You just have to edit the .cab file in the Matrix.

Ba-Zing.

Seriously, if you have so little to do with your money, build something that helps people or something.

That pretty insane but fun at the same time so . Just make sure you haven't been eating seeded bread any time recently otherwise it's 4 years boyo. Not sure if you get 4 years for being Israeli, or if that's just a religious thing.
1.) Don't eat bread.
2.) Don't be Israeli (don't have a passport?).
3.) Have a passport.

Dubai has all kinds of money that they're spending all over the place. As for legality, I have israeli friends who do business in the UAE all the time. As long as you clarify in advance that you're israeli, and what you're doing there, I don't think they'd have a problem with it.
